Returns & Exchange
All claims must be made within 30 days of shipping the merchandise. No returns will be accepted without an RA and RA number on the label. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. If under a rare condition, we accept a return after 30 days this return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition not because of damaged or missing parts due to a manufacturing error merchandise will not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return credit memo.
If you haven’t received a requested refund 5-7 days after we have received the merchandise back, first check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done so and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sales items fall under as is final sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded, Sale items may not be refunded or credited.
Items will only be replaced if defective or damaged by the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com after being approved you will get confirmation to send your item to:

Return shipping cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included. In the rare event that Miley + Molly pay for return shipping please note shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
**If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
